Company Profile

MAHINDRA ELECTRODES Was established in the year 1996 to produce Manual Metal Arc Welding Electrodes of general purpose mild steel are manufactured in well equipped plant. The Company has approval by Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) as per IS-814-91 under classification E-6013, ER-4211.

The Company also has latest and well- equipped laboratory (IE chemical as well as mechanical testing) and wire drawing plant to maintain the consistent quality of the product, produced in the factory.

The company is managed by a technically qualified engineer who is supported by equally well qualified and trained staff and marketing persons who extend
technical services to consumer.

Quality Policy

To achieve the target the following policy have been implemented as
1. To minimize the customer complaints 1% to 0.5%
2. To minimize the total rejection 0.5% to 0.2%
3. Total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement and development in the products

MAHINDRA M-ARC is a medium heavy coated rutile type mild steel electrodes faster freezing slag enables the electrodes to be easily used for positional welding.

 
 

MAHINDRA XL is a medium coated rutile type electrode very stable arc ease of handling and in ideal conditions Radiographic quality welds are achieved. Faster freezing slag enables the electrodes to be easily used for positional welding.
             
 

MAHINDRA GOLD is an economical general purpose mild steel electrode for all positions. It has smooth welding ARC and Good slag detachability. It has very sound weld metal properties use and in deal conditions deposit can be achieved of x-ray quality.

  
 

ELECTROMELT is a medium coated rutile type mild steel electrodes very stable arc ease of handling and in ideal conditions Radiographic quality welds are achieved. 
             
 

MAHINDRA MIG WIRES are available in especially designed spools with standard dimensions (300 x 100 mm) . Each spool with standard weight of 12.5 Kgs. is individually packed in air-tight polythene bags. Added protection against moisture given by silica gel.

  
 

BLUE STAR is an economical general purpose mild steel electrode for all positions. It has smooth welding ARC and Good slag detachability. It has very sound weld metal properties and in deal condition can be achieved for X-ray Quality.
             
 

SHAKTIMAN is rutile coated mild steel electrode for the welding of structure, General Fabrication Works which are not subjected to heavy load. The Electrode possesses excellent operation characteristics.
